New Features

Let’s take a look at what’s new in SureContact:

  • Campaign Categories: You can now organize your email campaigns into categories, allowing contacts to opt out of individual categories without unsubscribing from all of them. For example, you could separate your newsletters, product updates and promotions into different categories.
  • Unified Preference Center: In SureContact, there is now a single preference page where contacts can manage all aspects of the emails they receive from you, including list subscriptions, email category preferences and consent to receive tracking information. There is also a clearly visible ‘Unsubscribe from all emails’ option. Rather than landing on a bare unsubscribe page, contacts are presented with a preferences-first screen, making them more likely to adjust what they receive instead of opting out completely.
  • Configurable Booking Fields: You can now collect additional information on your booking form for each event type, beyond the standard details such as name, email address and phone number. This could include a company name or job title.

In other news, SureContact now displays your public booking widget and hosted booking pages in your visitors’ languages. There are currently 22 supported languages.
