Tutor LMS has just announced a new feature for their WordPress LMS plugin that significantly improves the user experience for instructors. Say hello to the new Zoom Frontend Dashboard.
Zoom Frontend Dashboard
Last year, Tutor LMS added a Zoom integration that allows instructors to create Zoom meetings from within their online courses and lessons. As of now, course instructors no longer need to go to the WordPress admin dashboard to connect their own Zoom API! They can easily configure everything from their very own frontend dashboard.
Instructors can now connect their own Zoom accounts, create meetings and manage and configure schedules without ever having to leave the frontend. Nice, isn’t it?
In the dashboard you will find the following tabs:
- Active Meetings
- Expired Meetings
- Set API
- Settings to modify Zoom’s behaviour once the meeting starts, e.g. Join before Host and Mute Participants
Finally, there is a help section in case you have any questions. Please note that you need to save the permalinks once as Tutor LMS needs to register a new URL in the instructor dashboard.
