Userback Rolls Out In-App Surveys, Full Session Replays & User Segments
Jonathan from Userback has just announced the release of new in-app surveys, full session replays and user segments for their visual user feedback and bug reporting tool.
New Features
In addition to collecting visual feedback, Userback now allows SaaS owners to group users into cohorts, create always-on feedback loops, run NPS, CSAT, CES, user onboarding, churn and other insight collection points.
In-App Surveys
New in-app surveys make it easy to gather valuable user insights. You can easily create surveys from a selection of pre-designed templates or build your own from scratch.
User Segmentation
User tracking with the new global access token brings together user profiles with associated contact information, app data and metrics such as Net Promoter Scores (NPS), survey responses, bug reports and session replays. User segments allow you to target surveys and feedback widgets to the right user at the right time.
Full Session Replays
Userback now allows you to capture full replays of your users, not just a short replay, when they submit feedback, revealing insights about your app and its usage. You can easily correlate low NPS scores with session behaviour and get a bird’s eye view of your users with access to their previous feedback history, survey responses and sessions.
