Usetiful Announces Multi-Page Product Tours

The Usetiful team has just introduced global admins, improved tooltips, multi-page product tours and more to their intuitive no-code digital adoption platform.

Multi-Page Tours

Multi-page product tours are a great way to give your users a comprehensive overview of your entire product. This also significantly improves the user experience, as users do not have to start a new product tour for each individual page.

This allows you to easily redirect new users from one page to another with automated page actions by simply having them click on an appropriate link or CTA. Alternatively, you can automatically redirect your users to a specific URL.

Whatโ€™s More?

In addition, Usetiful has released the following new features and announced a couple of new ones that will be available soon.

  • Easier selection of elements
If you have a dynamic page with non-unique element names, you can now easily work around the limitations of your website without any development effort with the new element selection.
  • Assistant widget in early access
Product tours and onboarding checklists help you onboard new users. With the Assistant, your new users can easily find help articles, the most important tours or a link to your support system even after successful onboarding. Available in early access for Premium and Enterprise plans.
  • Global admins
Usetiful has introduced a global admin role for accounts with multiple Spaces aka sub-accounts.
  • Improved Smart Tips
You can now configure your tooltips to load only once. This ensures help with the first walkthrough and avoids annoying users later on.

Usetiful will soon add a NPS (Net Promoter Score) feature to product tours. Finally, they are working on Shadow DOM. Itโ€™s a browser technology that allows encapsulation when creating elements. This allows an element to be implemented without fear of it clashing with the rest of your website.
