Following the ongoing consolidation in the WordPress community, it is now continuing in other areas as well. Depositphotos just announced that they have been acquired by VistaPrint.

Depositphotos Acquisition

The Depositphotos content marketplace will continue to operate as an independent brand. Following the acquisition, the product development team and library will be expanded and the brand presence in North America and Europe will be further strengthened.

As a result of the acquisition, Crello was renamed VistaCreate, which is a leading provider for creating your own digital designs. Along with VistaPrint, 99designs by Vista and Vista x Wix, it also became part of the newly formed Vista parent brand.
