WP Job Manager Now With Email Notifications & GDPR Compliance
Developed by Automattic, WP Job Manager is free and lightweight WordPress plugin for adding job board functionality to your sites. Yesterday, they have shipped version 1.31.0 introducing email notifications and GDPR compliance.

This new version is introducing an email notification system that will send an email when:
- A new job is submitted
- An existing job is updated
- A job listing is about to expire
The enforcement of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) begins 25th May 2018. Thus, they added the ability to delete any plugin data when WP Job Manager itself is deleted.
In order to support the REST API and some upcoming features, the minimum required WordPress version is now version 4.7.
