WP Umbrella Rolls Out Client Management

After sponsoring and attending the first edition of WordCamp Asia, the WP Umbrella team is back at work. They have just released a new client management feature for their WordPress management and maintenance tool.

The new Client Management feature helps you create more personalised client reports and ultimately build stronger relationships. You can now easily add client details in WP Umbrella and use variables based on this information in both welcome and closing messages, as well as in the email body and subject of your reports, e.g. [[client.firstname]], [[client.company_name]] and [[client.website_url]].

To get started, head over to your client list in WP Umbrella and add the relevant information.

You’ll then see a new set of variables in your report builder that you can use based on your client information. These variables are automatically populated with the relevant information for each client, making it easy to create customized reports in WP Umbrella.
