WP Umbrella’s new template system for automated maintenance reports allows you to easily generate WordPress maintenance reports for your clients with just a few clicks.

To get started, head to the Reports section of your dashboard where you’ll find a brand new tab with a simple 6-step process to follow.

  1. Define general settings & branding
  2. Customize content sections via drag and drop
  3. Define email content and custom sending domain
  4. Set up the frequency of your automated reports
  5. (Bulk) Select client sites you want to apply this template to
  6. Connect Google Analytics account

You’ll be able to adjust your settings, customise your content, design your emails, set up automated scheduling, select your client sites and even check for missing integrations or email options.

WP Umbrella does not currently support variables such as a client’s first name for emails and content.

You can easily track if your clients have received and opened your email by going to your dashboard, clicking on a website name and then navigating to the Reports tab.

Reports can be duplicated and are currently available in English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Greek, Slovak, Portuguese, Danish, Lithuanian, Serbian.

The WP Umbrella team is recommending that you migrate to their updated template system as legacy reports will be deactivated at the end of February.
