Gravity Forms Releases Geolocation Add-on

While we are all still eagerly awaiting the release of the upcoming Conversational Forms add-on, Gravity Forms has announced the launch of the new Geolocation add-on for the WordPress form builder.

Geolocation is a highly anticipated add-on for Gravity Forms that allows you to learn more about your customers’ locations. It also improves the form and user experience by allowing users to opt-in to address autocomplete. To do this, the add-on integrates the form address field with the Google Places API, making it easy to look up and populate addresses.

This allows you to easily capture and store geographic data with form entries. For each form entry, the user’s location is displayed on a Google map. In addition, address information and a user’s latitude and longitude can also be displayed when they fill out the form.

Note that the Geolocation add-on is only available with a Gravity Forms Elite license.
