With Salesforce, your team members can easily coordinate with each other and stay in touch with customers. They can organise leads, deals, contacts, products and more. This integration was one of the biggest feature requests from WPForms customers. Now, the WordPress form builder plugin finally enables the automatic sending of form entries to Salesforce CRM.

Field Mapping
Conditional Logic

The setup is pretty straightforward:

  1. Automatically create Salesforce objects in your form settings, e.g. Contact, Lead, or Opportunity
  2. Map the form fields to the fields in Salesforce
  3. Optional: Use conditional logic to control which entries are sent to the CRM
  4. Optional: Add multiple Salesforce accounts

Manually copying data from your form entries to Salesforce or using Zapier is finally a thing of the past! The brand-new Salesforce add-on is available for WPForms Elite customers.
