WP Grid Builder has just announced that the highly anticipated Bricks add-on is finally out of beta. The integration allows you to easily create advanced grid layouts with faceted search in the Bricks WordPress theme.
New Bricks Add-on
The new Bricks add-on adds two new Grid and Facet elements to Bricks. The latter allows you to filter various Bricks elements. You can also use grids to display results from Bricks archive templates.
It is also worth mentioning that the two elements are rendered in the editor, thus leading to a better experience for the user compared to shortcodes.
Additionally, the add-on also improves the filtering performance, which is faster than using custom queries and archive result filtering methods.
Check out the key features:
- Add Grid & Facet elements
- Filter Posts & Products elements
- Filter Container, Bloc, Div elements
Note that the Brick option “Infinite Scrolling” is not supported for above elements. However, you can use a facet instead to load more content on click or scroll.
Get a WP Grid Builder license from as little as $49 per year to access all add-ons.
PS: Speaking of Bricks, they just announced a price increase that will take effect on November 11. Get your lifetime license before that date.
