Each plan is good for one website. Support tickets will usually be solved within 6 hours during normal business hours and even on weekends for very urgent tickets. WPLift Support are planning to add staff working in different time zones to offer a real 24/7 support. Plans are charged on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.
