Team-Wide Maintenance

Are you planning system-wide maintenance and want to quickly put all your monitors and heartbeats into maintenance mode? Thanks to team-wide maintenance, you can now pause and unpause the monitoring of all resources for a certain period of time or indefinitely at Team Members > Configure > Team-Wide Maintenance.

In addition, resources that were previously paused will not be unpaused once the period has expired!

On-Call Routing

Would you like to offer your customers a point of contact that they can quickly reach in case of any problems? With on-call routing, you have your own phone number that automatically routes callers to the current on-call team member.

Now you can attend to your customers immediately and work with your team members on urgent incidents. You will also receive a transcript of the call.

Note that on-call routing is available on the Enterprise plan.
