If you integrate Better Uptime with New Relic, Datadog, or other third-party tools that support chart-rich alerts, you will see those charts directly in your alerts. This way you get useful information directly when opening the incident email, Slack message or Microsoft Teams notification.

Smart Phone Calls

Acknowledge All Similar Incidents With One Click ©Better Uptime

Do you want to stop receiving alerts when a server goes down and multiple sites become unavailable at once? Now you can acknowledge all similar incidents by pressing 1 when you get the first phone call alert:

“There are 2 similar incidents that started in the last 3 minutes. Please acknowledge them all, including future similar incidents, by pressing 1.”
Phone call alerts now also mention the incident cause directly in the first call!

Password Protected Status Pages

Do you want to restrict access to your status page and protect sensitive information? You can now enable password protection and only allow your team members to access it.

If you want to hide the status page from the general public, make sure that you also tick the Hide from Search Engines checkbox in the advanced settings of your status page.
