BigCommerce acquired Jirafe Analytics back in 2015 to provide their customers with insights into their on-site merchandising strategies. Also they are able to complement their Google Analytics information.
After being in beta for six months, they have proudly released their revamped Ecommerce Analytics + Insights Suite. Check out the following new features:
- Improved data accuracy with timestamps
- Better resource guides for 11 analytics reports & 18 Insights reports
- Streamlined UX of all 29 reports
The 11 out-of-the-box reports of Ecommerce Analytics are free of charge. To get actionable analysis each month, however, you need to sign up to their subscription-based premium service called Insights. Pricing starts from $49 per month. It consists of three categories including Product, Customer and Marketing insights.
