Elementor Introduces Taxonomy Query for Listings & AI Copilot
The Elementor team has just released a new taxonomy query feature for loop grids and loop carousels, major performance improvements and a new AI copilot for the WordPress website builder.
New Features
Let’s find out what’s new in Elementor 3.21:
- Loop Taxonomy Query for Listings:
Taxonomy queries can now be used in Loop Grids and Loop Carousels, allowing each item to be fully customized to display a category or tag, making it easier for visitors to navigate dynamic content. - Major Performance Enhancements:
As with every new release, Elementor has taken the performance one step further with a significant improvement in TTFB (time to first byte) by 20-30%. They also overhauled the lazy loading feature for background images and cleaned up the widget markup. - AI Copilot:
As mentioned in The Pier #37, Elementor Copilot is a new, intuitive AI companion for creating container layouts that blends your personal style with industry best practices. It’s intelligent and learns from your feedback to refine its suggestions over time.
