Arnaud from Breakcold has just announced the public beta of an exciting new feature for their Social Selling and Sales CRM. Meet a unified email inbox with 2-way sync.

You can filter the inbox by selecting a time range or a specific email account. From the unified inbox, you can manage the sales pipeline, create reminders, manage lead value, manage tags and reach out through the channel of your choice.

• Automatic synchronisation of email conversations.
• Manage cold email responses from Breakcold campaigns.
• Focus only on your leads with a dedicated inbox.
• Sync your emails with your main CRM using BCC.

As with any beta, you may expect some minor bugs in the first 2 weeks.

What’s Next?

After being pretty busy for the past 7 months, they will now focus on improving existing features for the next few months.
