It’s been quite a lot of work, but the Shopify team has proudly announced the release of three new features right before the upcoming holidays:
- Enhanced Ecommerce:
In cooperation with Google Shopify, one of only four ecommerce partners, has implemented Enhanced Ecommerce for Google Analytics giving insight into a customer’s path to purchase including an ‘Overview and Product Performance Report’ as well as a ‘Shopping Analysis Report’. - Shopify Payments UK:
UK-based Shopify stores are now able to accept credit cards directly with Shopify Payments. Enjoy no more Shopify plan transaction fees and lower credit card rates from as low as 1.8% + 20p. - Risk Analysis:
Shopify’s Risk Analysis feature is decreasing the risk of accepting fraudulent orders by flagging suspicious orders. Only available for Professional plans or higher as well as for Basic plans using Shopify Payments.
