Copyrytr Acquires Frase
Frase has just announced that they have been acquired by Copyrytr. This is a new company that also includes the AI content brands Rytr and Copysmith.

Over the past two years, the AI writing landscape has quickly evolved, from nothing into a global and mainstream industry. I believe this was the right time for Frase to partner with new investors so we could be better prepared to win in this market, specifically within the SEO domain.

Actually, Frase has been a member of the Copyrytr family for almost a year now. In that time, they have released over 28 new features including a new SERP visualizer, AI generated transitions, Originality Score, a new WordPress plugin, and more during Summer Feature Spree. They have also increased the company’s revenue by more than three times.
Frase will continue to work independently but with access to additional resources. The acquisition allows them to fulfill their mission to develop a platform that allows anyone to create content that can rank on Google.
