Elementor Releases Nested Elements

Elementor 3.10 has just introduced nested elements, a new dynamic countdown widget and container-based templates and kits to their WordPress website builder.

New Features

Version 3.10 of Elementor and Elementor Pro comes packed with the following new features:

• Nested Elements – Tabs:
  You can now nest both elements and widgets within each tab to create very sophisticated designs and functionsl. This feature uses containers and is the first of many nesting features to come.
• Container-Based Templates & Kits:
  Get access to a whole new library of container-based website designs when you activate the Containers Experiment.

• Countdown Widget with Dynamic Due Date (Pro):
  You are now able to populate the due date of a countdown widget based on information that you have set up natively in WordPress, or with custom fields and dynamic data.
• Custom Units:
  Custom units let you choose any unit, mix numeric units, and perform CSS function calculations within them.

In addition, Elementor now allows you to completely disable Google Fonts and host them locally (Pro). Finally, they have improved performance and accessibility by introducing lazy loading of Google Maps and custom sized images. They have also added controls for self-hosted video preloads.
