Fluent Support: One-Click Migration from Awesome Support & SupportCandy

Fluent Support just rolled out one-click migrations from Awesome Support and Support Candy to their WordPress helpdesk plugin. They also introduced Activity Log Filters, a new Waiting Ticket widget, a new Close Ticket Silently feature, and more.

New Features

  • Activity Log Filters:
Activity log filters allow logs to be filtered based on individual support agents and specific time periods.
  • Active Tickets for Products:
With the new widget, you can see exactly which product receives the most tickets and manage agents accordingly.
  • Waiting Tickets:
The new widget shows you exactly how many tickets are waiting for a response from your support desk. It also updates automatically!
  • Hourly Reports:
Fluent Support has also added a new filter to show hourly reports for your support team. This includes all the important metrics like average wait time, response rates, and more, but on an hourly basis.

  • New Ticket Closed Trigger:
With this trigger, you can start workflows when tickets are closed. This was not possible until now. The new trigger is particularly suitable for use with the tagging and list features of FluentCRM, which were added in version 1.5.5.
  • Updated Ticket Status:
You can add new statuses to the dashboard using Fluent Support’s webhook feature. Additionally, you can sort tickets according to a custom status, which makes prioritisation much easier.
  • Close Ticket Silently:
With the new “Close ticket silently” feature, your support agents now have the option to close tickets without sending email notifications to customers.

You want to migrate from Awesome Support or SupportCandy to Fluent Support, but you are afraid of the hassle? Fluent Support got you covered! You can now import their entire ticket database into Fluent Support with just a few simple clicks.
