In version 1.7.4, Fluent Support has added a number of customization options and improved admin control for agents. Let’s find out what’s new:

    With the new Customer Portal block for Gutenberg, you can accept ticket requests from your customers on any page of your WordPress site. The block also comes with advanced customization options to fully match your brand.

  • New Custom Fields for Account Creation Form:
    The more you know about your customers, the more personalised support you can provide. For example, you can provide support in the local language if you know the customer’s location. With custom fields, you can now add fields such as address, city, postcode, state and country.

Finally, Fluent Support has added a new Assign Agent Permission feature that allows you to restrict each agent’s permission to assign tickets to other support agents. For example, a ticket can only be assigned to a team leader.
