The automatic ticket closing feature allows you to automatically close tickets that have been inactive for a certain amount of time. You can now send custom replies when these tickets are automatically closed, and insert Saved Replies directly into your Add Custom Response box.

Simply click the Templates button in your auto-close settings and your saved replies will automatically load into your custom response box.
