Fluent Support Now Supports Google reCAPTCHA & Custom Fields in Workflows
After releasing a Freshdesk migration feature in the last update, Fluent Support has just added support for Google reCAPTCHA, custom fields in workflows, and more to their helpdesk plugin for WordPress.
Google reCAPTCHA
Fluent Support now allows you to add Google reCAPTCHA to both your registration and login forms for added security.
Required or Optional Custom Fields
In your custom field settings, you can finally make custom fields on support ticket forms mandatory for users to fill in.
Custom Fields in Workflow Conditions
You can now use custom fields in workflow conditions. Based on the custom fields of various integrations, you can trigger these conditions and perform workflow actions.
Saved Replies in Custom Auto-Close Response
The automatic ticket closing feature allows you to automatically close tickets that have been inactive for a certain amount of time. You can now send custom replies when these tickets are automatically closed, and insert Saved Replies directly into your Add Custom Response box.
Simply click the Templates button in your auto-close settings and your saved replies will automatically load into your custom response box.
Saved Reply Templates in Workflows
Previously, saved response templates were accessible from the Ticket Replies option. Now you can access them from your workflow action in Fluent Support. This allows you to easily insert existing saved replies into your automation.
