New WooCommerce Product Refund Trigger
As it says on the tin, the WooCommerce Product Refund trigger lets you start an automation whenever someone requests a refund in your WooCommerce store. This is a great way to win back customers! For example, you can offer them a coupon via an automated discount email.
New Notes & Activities Action Block
The new Notes and Activities action block allows you to track your leads and contacts with ease as they move through your automation. You can automatically add notes and activities to their contact profiles.
Conditional Content Block For Oxygen Builder
Conditional Content blocks allow you to show or hide content based on FluentCRM tags. In addition to Gutenberg, this popular feature is now also available for Oxygen.
Color Codes For Automation Blocks
Automation block color codes provide a better visual representation of your automation and allow you to easily identify your automation blocks.
In other news, they have improved the email sending speed and added a built-in documentation to the plugin. Previously, a contact could only enter an automation once. They now added an option to restart automations based on user behaviour.
