FlyingCDN Now Powered by Cloudflare Enterprise

We have already published the news in The Pier #42, but here comes a more detailed post. Gijo from FlyingPress has announced an all-new FlyingCDN, which is now powered by Cloudflare Enterprise.

New FlyingCDN

Now that FlyingCDN is powered by Cloudflare Enterprise, the content delivery network offers superior performance, security, and more. Find out what’s more:

  • Edge Caching: Now you can cache your HTML pages directly in the cloud for faster access.
  • Traffic Management: Gone are the times of website crashes during traffic spikes.
  • Image Optimization: You can now enjoy improved image compression and WebP delivery for faster load times.
  • Global Reach: With 310 edge locations, you can benefit from less than 50ms latency anywhere in the world.
  • Subdomain Support: Seamless integration with wildcard SSL for all your subdomains.
  • Top-Notch Security: DDoS protection and firewall to keep your site safe and sound.

FlyingCDN has also introduced simplified billing, which includes a new auto-debit system so you don’t have to manually top up your account. Speaking of which, pricing is just $5 per site per month, which includes 100GB of bandwidth, unlimited pageviews and requests. Additional bandwidth is $5 per 100GB.

For optimum performance, the new FlyingCDN has been specifically designed to work only with FlyingPress. Existing customers should migrate to the new system by 30 May 2024, before the old CDN is removed.
