Formidable Forms added a new shortcode format for more flexibility. Now it is possible to include literally whatever you want to be displayed in the modal. This includes any extra content and images. Also, to works just fine with shortcodes from any third-party WordPress plugins.
As the tin says, the Bootstrap Modal add-on allows you to open any content such as a login form or contact form for instance in an eye-catching pop-up. Please note that it works best with Formidable Pro.

As it is marked as a Premium add-on, it is included from the Professional plan for $99. However, it can also be purchased individually from $10.
