Gorgias just launched a bunch of new improvements for their help desk tool. The latest update brings a new infobar design, a new macros page, and a new option to hide Facebook comments via rules.

They released a new and improved infobar design. Widgets are now grouped by integration type and you can display several widgets side-by-side. Actions are displayed when you hover over a widget. You can quickly shrink/expand widgets with the new “expand all” button, and jump to a widget via tabs.

Previously, the settings for macros were hard to find and that it was inconvenient to manage them from within a ticket. To make it easier to find, create, and edit macros, they built a new page in your settings where you can manage your macros with ease. This way, you can monitor usage in a single place while giving you the same customization abilities.

When responding to clients, you sometimes send messages that you immediately wish you could change. That’s why they are introducing the ability to undo sent messages.
