Gorgias just launched a bunch of new improvements for their help desk tool. The latest update brings a new infobar design, a new macros page, and a new option to hide Facebook comments via rules.

New Infobar Design

They released a new and improved infobar design. Widgets are now grouped by integration type and you can display several widgets side-by-side. Actions are displayed when you hover over a widget. You can quickly shrink/expand widgets with the new “expand all” button, and jump to a widget via tabs.

Hide Facebook Comments

Are you moderating your Facebook comments? If so, you know how important it can be to hide an offensive comment quickly. To help, the Gorgias tema added the ability to hide Facebook comments automatically via rules. Now, you can automatically detect and hide offensive or negative comments, making it easier to stay on top of your Facebook posts.

New Macros Page

Previously, the settings for macros were hard to find and that it was inconvenient to manage them from within a ticket. To make it easier to find, create, and edit macros, they built a new page in your settings where you can manage your macros with ease. This way, you can monitor usage in a single place while giving you the same customization abilities.

Undo Sent Messages

When responding to clients, you sometimes send messages that you immediately wish you could change. That’s why they are introducing the ability to undo sent messages.

In other news, Shopify recently announced that Gorgias is the only customer support helpdesk certified for Shopify Plus.
