Heartbeat Improves Onboarding Process for Community Admins

Murtaza from Heartbeat has just announced the release of an improved onboarding process for admins of the SaaS community platform. This includes a streamlined kickstart menu, near-instant setup for custom domains and more.

Better Onboarding Process for Admins

After spending the last 6 months digging deep into the biggest frustrations of getting up and running, the Heartbeat team has completely redesigned the kickstart page. It focuses on the most valuable actions you can take in the shortest amount of time, including setting up a custom domain and paywall, inviting your first members, and more.

Now anyone can start a community even faster with Heartbeat!

What’s More?

They have also made custom domain setup much faster. Custom domains can now be set up in less than 5 minutes. It only takes 10-15 minutes to go live!

In other news, the Stripe payment migration process from a Stripe account to your Heartbeat Stripe account is now much faster.

Finally, they have added a much requested admin auto-responder feature. An out of office message is displayed when a member @mentions you in a post, comment or chat message, or when a member types a direct message to you before hitting the send button. An out of office message is also sent when a member sends you a direct message.
