Heartbeat Introduces New Mobile Onboarding & Revamped All Users Page
Murtaza from Heartbeat has just updated the All Users page, rolled out a new mobile onboarding, and much more for their SaaS community platform.
New Features
The Heartbeat team has redesigned the All Users page to give you much more visibility into the members of your community. You can now see everything you need on a single screen, including email addresses, roles, groups, answers to onboarding questions, and last login. Even better, you can see users who are ‘stuck’, including emails entered, incomplete onboardings and more, so you can easily follow up.
The new mobile onboarding is finally live, allowing new users to be onboarded without having to download the app. In addition, uploaded audio files will automatically have an in-app audio player. This feature is already available on desktop and will be live in the next mobile update.
Finally, Heartbeat has improved the PDF viewer with a better mobile view, added a new Message User button to the Heartbeat search, and added a search bar for the Schedule Posts pop-up.
