Heartbeat Completes Peerboard Import

Murtaza from Heartbeat has just announced that they have finally finished the Peerboard import. They have also added the ability to “move all” posts from one thread channel to another and more to their SaaS community platform. In addition, they have released a new Groups Explorer feature.

Peerboard Import

For most users of Peerboard it was probably a shock when they learned about the acquisition by Docebo and the subsequent closure of the community platform. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Heartbeat has just finished a tool to import your Peerboard community. This runs fully automated, and allows you to import all spaces, posts, comments, users, files, and images. All you need to do is grab the export CSVs from Peerboard, upload them to Heartbeat and they’ll take care of the rest! Simply visit Settings > Integrations > Peerboard to get started.

Move All Threads Option

Heartbeat has also added a new “Move All Threads” option for channels. This allows you to easily merge channels and consolidate posts. Just hover over a channel and click the 3 dots to the right to find it.

Finally, a major database upgrade took place this past weekend, which will improve the speed and reliability of the entire community platform.

Groups Explorer

The new Groups Explorer feature allows you to easily preview group access, paid content access, and preview who sees your upsells. Go to Settings > Manage Groups and click on Groups Explorer to get a bird’s eye view of your Heartbeat community.
