HeySummit Rolls Out New CRM & Email Integrations
Ben from HeySummit has announced the March update for their event platform, introducing new CRM and email integrations, an embeddable media configurator, enhanced attendee engagement metrics, and more.
New CRM & Email Integrations
Understanding the challenges of syncing attendee data with your email or CRM provider, HeySummit has now streamlined this process, eliminating the need for manual CSV import/export, Zapier integration or custom API coding. They currently support ConvertKit, HubSpot, MailerLite and Brevo – with more integrations coming soon!
Embeddable Media Configurator
They have also made significant enhancements to their embeddable media options, making it easier for you to promote your events directly on your own website. These updates are designed to give you more control and flexibility in how you display your events, ensuring that your audience is always in the loop. You can find these new options in the Promote > Embeddable Media section of your event dashboard.
Better Attendee Engagement Metrics
The Attendee Report in HeySummit now provides event organizers with a deeper insight into attendee engagement, giving you a clearer picture of how engaged your attendees are by showing not only the number of broadcasts and replays they’ve watched, but also the total time they’ve spent watching.
New External Clicks Report
The new External Clicks report is designed to provide insight into how attendees engage with external links during your event. Whether you’re curious about traffic to your company website or need to track clicks for sponsors and speakers, this report has you covered.

In other news, HeySummit now allows you to track perk redemption by attendees. They’ve added new add-ons and donation components for your event landing page, and introduced enhanced GDPR compliance with optional attendee opt-in. Finally, the Content Insights report includes top media downloads.
