HeySummit Launches Summits As A Service

The HeySummit team just launched Sidekick, a Summits as a Service to help you getting started with your online summits and webinar series.

HeySummit allows you to setup and run online summits in no time. However, if you don’t have enough manpower or just need a little extra help, look no further! HeySummit Sidekick is a brand new ‘Summits as a Service’ that helps make your summit or webinar series a success.

Because the needs of every event host are different, in September 2023 they decided to make the Sidekick program completely modular. This allows you to order the exact service(s) you need.

Sidekick Core: Required – Your dedicated account manager, strategy calls, platform setup & event consulting.
Data Migration: They will populate your sessions, pages, speakers, sponsors, and offers for you from your data sources.
Speaker Management: They will invite, schedule, and communicate with potential speakers for you.
Attendee Support: They will manage all attendee requests, from technical questions to providing information and escalations.
Sponsor Management: They will contact and negotiate with potential sponsors on your behalf, and then install them at your Summit.
Testing: They will test all of your sessions, pages, links, and tickets so you can be 100% confident that everything is working as intended.
Video Editing: They will do basic editing and upload your videos.

The Sidekick service starts at just $795 per event for the Core program. This is a required selection as it lays the foundation for all other packages and is the minimum level of service we offer.
