Facebook Ads

Even with so many social platforms out there, Facebook still remains at the top with over 1 billion users worldwide. These numbers are huge and with 70% of that number logging in daily, the potential of new clients is staggering.

Facebook ads help you to be specific in your approach and offer an array of options to get your brand/products out there. And, with sites like iStock by Getty Images, creating your ads are super easy thanks to iStock’s collection of millions of hand-picked and low-cost premium images and videos.

We’ve put together a brief breakdown below to give you an idea of what Facebook has to offer. While there’s still a chance to be seen organically on Facebook, paid advertising is truly the way to go. Due to the sheer volume of content on Facebook and their current News Feed algorithm, which prioritizes content similar to what the user has engaged with, organic reach is getting harder and harder.

Facebook Image Ads

These ads are single image ads that offer businesses a simple way to get users on their website. The recommended size is 1200 pixels wide by 450 pixels tall and should be made with 20% or less of copy.

Facebook Video Ads

This type of ad requires a little more preparation but allows you to create videos that appear in your targeted users’ feeds. Don’t let the added prep deter you, videos drive greater engagement than images, making these ads more likely to be seen than ads with still images. Plus, iStock’s collection of videos make the prep incredibly simple.

Facebook Carousel Ads

For more creativity, their carousel ads allow for up to 10 images that have their own link to direct users to a specific page. With greater visual real estate, you’re able to truly engage.

Facebook Page Like Ads

These ads are unique in the sense they are focused more on engagement than conversion. Share stories and generate brand awareness by engaging users instead of trying to sell to them.
