iThemes Rebrands to SolidWP
Originally founded nearly 15 years ago around theme products and one of the oldest brands in the WordPress ecosystem, iThemes has just announced that it is rebranding to SolidWP.

The new brand SolidWP, not to be confused with Solid Affiliate, the affiliate plugin for WooCommerce, reflects the development and growth of the company in recent years.
What impact will the rebranding have on existing iThemes customers? First they have to get used to new product names as follows:
- Solid Security (iThemes Security)
- Solid Backups (BackupBuddy)
- Solid Central (iThemes Sync)
- Solid Academy (iThemes Training)
Despite these massive changes, the first-class technical support and product development remains. However, some products will be sunset, but it is not yet decided which ones. Prices will also not be increased. Exciting times ahead for SolidWP, stay tuned!
