Welcome to the 93rd issue of The Pier. Spaces Engine for BuddyBoss has announced the long awaited claims system. You can allow users to claim all or selected Spaces. Users then click a button in the Space header to register a claim. Optionally, they will be taken to another page where they can be asked to provide evidence or justification for their claim using any method you choose, such as a contact form or instant message.

Partnership: WPCodeBox has partnered with Soflyy (WP All Import, Oxygen & Breakdance) to help with the business and marketing side of the popular code snippets plugin for WordPress. TL;DR: It’s not an acquisition and LTD licenses will be honoured.

New: PersonalizeWP has launched a free 14-day trial to try the Personal plan of the no-code personalization plugin for WordPress risk-free.

Launch: Groundhogg 4.0 will feature multi-branching and a completely redesigned flow editor. Release date is 31 March (video).

Next-Generation: The FlyingPress team is currently working on version 5.0 of the speed optimization plugin for WordPress, which will feature cloud-based page optimization, automated settings, a new preloading engine and a new user interface.

Exciting: First public look at Etch will happen on March 31st. Kevin Geary will walk through all the key features of the new visual development tool for WordPress. You will be able to purchase Etch for 96 hours after the livestream ends. Flex-pay plans will be available.
