Post Type Builder: New Field Types with Extra Fields Addon
Themify have just released the Extra Fields Addon for their Post Type Builder (PTB) WordPress plugin. It allows you to create 8 new field types extending the fields of your custom post types.
Once installed you’ll see eight new modules on your Meta box builder:
- Video – Show YouTube, Vimeo or MP4 videos in 2 or 3 grid columns
- Rating – 320+ icons available; Allow post rating only for admins or public visitors
- Map – Display any location in a map including pointer & text tooltip
- Date – Choose the date that will appear on your post via date & time calendar picker
- Slider – Image & video slider with option to set both speed & transition style
- Gallery – Show images in grid, showcase or lightbox format
- Progress Bar – Animated bars for highlighting skills or ongoing projects incl. percentages & custom labels
- Icon – More than 320+ icons: Adjust size, colour, & link
The Extra Fiels Addon is requiring Themify’s Post Type Builder plugin to work, which can be purchased for $49.
