Steve from PublishPress has just released a new update to the PublishPress Authors plugin, introducing new categories for authors and creators.

The PublishPress Authors plugin allows you to create, manage and display authors for all content on your WordPress site, including multiple authors for a post. Due to customer feedback, PublishPress has just added a new option that allows you to add different types of authors. Say hello to author categories!
PublishPress Authors now allows you to give credit to all types of authors, including the main author, co-authors, editors, technical reviewers, photographers and many more.
This feature is available in both PublishPress Authors Free and Pro. However, the Pro version allows you to create an “Author Categories Box”, which is specifically designed to group authors into their categories.
