SureContact: New Profile Field Settings, Mailbox SendingĀ & Human Review
The SureContact team has added new profile field settings, mailbox sending, and an option to request a human review to its email marketing automation platform.
New Features
Letās take a look at whatās new in SureContact:
- Show, Hide & Reorder Profile Fields: A new ‘Profile Fields’ page has been added to the ‘Settings’ menu, with separate sections for ‘Contacts’, ‘Companies’ and ‘Deals’. You can now select which standard fields appear for each of these, and in which order. Simply drag the fields into the desired order and hide those that your team does not use. Contacts now also show the company they are linked to. Email addresses for contacts and names for companies are always shown.
- Send Conversation Replies From Own Mailbox: Replies in conversations now use the SMTP configuration that matches your mailbox, meaning they are sent from the same address that the original email was sent to. When you connect a Gmail mailbox via IMAP, you have the option of setting up Gmail SMTP sending at the same time using the same login details. Replies, new emails, drafts and emails sent from a deal will then use the SMTP configuration whose sender address matches the mailbox. If there is no match, your workspace default is used instead, as before. If no SMTP configuration exists, you will now see a clear ‘No SMTP configured’ message with a button to add one.
- Custom Field Sections for Companies & Deals: Just like contact custom fields, company and deal custom fields can now be grouped into sections and reordered. To create sections, drag sections into order and move fields between them, switch to grouped view on the company and deal custom fields settings pages. Fields that are not in a section can also be reordered. When adding or editing a custom field, you can select its section.
In other news, if AI content moderation flags an email, you can now request a review from the SureContact team rather than having it blocked. This applies to campaigns, A/B test variants, automation emails and sequence emails.
