SureForms Introduces Net Promoter Score (NPS) Field, Surveys & Polls

Aditya from SureForms has just added support for interactive quizzes, role-based access control, and AI-powered form management to the AI form builder plugin for WordPress.

New Features

With SureForms 2.8.0, you can now conduct full surveys and polls, measure customer recommendation likelihood, enable users to manage their own subscriptions, and more:

• Surveys & Polls: Following the introduction of interactive quizzes in version 2.6.0, you can now also use SureForms to create multi-question surveys, run opinion polls and collect structured feedback.
• Net Promoter Score (NPS) Field: By adding an NPS question to any form, you can instantly measure how your customers feel about your product or service. It’s a simple question that tells you a lot.
• My Account Page: Provide your users with a dedicated space where they can view their payment history and manage their subscriptions made via payment forms without having to contact you.
• Google Maps Address Autocomplete: Speed up address entry and reduce typos with Google Maps autocomplete. Your users can simply select their location on the map and the address will be auto-filled.

Finally, SureForms now allows you to send uploaded files as email attachments.
