You can now set the default team member for each feedback type. After new feedback is received, it is automatically assigned to these team members for review and triage.

Userback has also introduced a new button that allows you to manually add feedback that you have received by phone, email or in person.

You will find it in the top right corner when viewing your feedback list on all views. There you can add the description, information about the requester, session info, feedback source and more.

Disconnected Integrations

If an integration is disconnected (e.g. Jira), a warning message now appears next to the integration in question. It is displayed in the list of integrations on the Dashboard Overview page or on the Integration tab in a project.
