Userback: New Notification History, Smarter Merging & Assignee Report

New Features

TL;DR: With Userback, you can now see the status of every notification that Userback sends, merge similar feedback without having to leave the item you’re viewing and track feedback by assignee in a brand new report.

• Notification History: Every notification that Userback sends to your team or a reporter now has one of the following five clear statuses: Sent, Delivered, Failed, Bounced or Suppressed. This means that when you’re following up on a feedback item, you’ll know who has seen the update and who hasn’t.
• Merge Similar Feedback: There’s no need for multiple reports of the same bug to create multiple items to manage. Userback’s AI already groups similar feedback together, and now you can merge it quickly on the spot from inside the feedback viewer.
• Feedback By Assignee Report: Feedback can quietly pile up against team members without anyone noticing. The new ‘Feedback by Assignee’ report shows feedback per team member, broken down by workflow status and including everything that’s unassigned.
