Smarter Feedback Filters

The filtering experience has been redesigned to include a new UI, AI-powered search, new filter types, and personal filter shortcuts.

  • AI context search helps you to find feedback by intent, not just keywords.
  • Save and pin your favourite filter combinations and they will always be within reach.
  • New filter types include ‘Theme’, ‘Last Updated’, and ‘Sent to Integrations’.

Video Transcription

All video submissions are now automatically transcribed and converted into MP4 format, enabling them to play on any device, including within Slack and your other integrations.

Video feedback shows you what happened. Now, with transcriptions, Userback also tells you what was said. Every recording is automatically transcribed and summarized, providing your team with valuable insights even without playing the video.

  • Transcription allows you to read exactly what was said without watching the full video.
  • AI-generated titles let you know what the feedback is about at a glance.
  • MP4 conversion allows you to watch video feedback on any device, and there is also integration.

Note: Both AI Context Search and Video Transcription are available with the AI Assist package in Userback.
