Notes & Annotations

Usermaven now allows owners, administrators and managers to write their thoughts directly on your web analytics graphs. The new Notes/Annotations feature allows you to pinpoint insights and collaborate with your team. Simply click on any data point to create a note. You can keep notes private or share them with others in your workspace.

Enhanced Top Channels/Sources

With the improved Top Channels/Sources section, you can now get a comprehensive view of your traffic sources in your website analytics dashboard. It allows you to explore detailed insights and an interactive pie chart for better understanding.

Channels now include Direct, Referrals, Organic Search, Paid Search, Organic Social, Paid Social, Email, Display Ads and Other Campaigns.

Improved Contacts Hub

With Usermaven, you can now find out where people find your platform from with the new ‘First Touchpoint’ feature in the Contacts Hub dashboard.

Usermaven has also introduced the ability to lock specific funnels to ensure your analysis is accurate and reliable. They have also updated the detailed view of Pinned and Custom Events. You can now see how often specific events occur on different pages of your platform using the ‘Break Down by Page’ feature.

Finally, they have revamped the Attribution Insights dashboard and introduced a new Cross Domain Tracking feature that allows you to seamlessly track user journeys across multiple websites or domains.
