Heartbeat Releases New Payment Summary View

Murtaza from Heartbeat has just released a new payment summary view and an improved user data export to their SaaS community platform.

New Payment Summary View

Heartbeat wanted to give community owners a clearer, more comprehensive view of the payments in their community and instantly check the health of their business.

For each user you can see:

• All paid products they’ve purchases,
• Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) per person,
• Total spend per person, and
• They have even included community-wide totals for this. You can filter by name, email or groups. More filters coming soon.

To view this, go to Settings > Products and click the View Summary button above all your products. Desktop only.

Better Data Exports

In other news, Heartbeat has also improved data export. User exports now show which users are currently seeing a paywall.
