Waqar from Usermaven has just introduced Reverse ETL to its marketing attribution platform, which enables you to send users, companies and audiences directly to the tools used by your team.

New: Reverse ETL

Sync Audiences

In Usermaven, you already know who your high-intent leads, at-risk users and most engaged customers are.

Now, you can leverage these audiences without the need to download a CSV and upload it elsewhere. With Reverse ETL, you can sync Usermaven data to connected destinations such as HubSpot and Customer.io and ensure that it is kept up to date automatically.

Send audiences where you need them:

  • Sync Usermaven Audiences: Send people from a segment, funnel or journey cohort to your connected tools.
  • Enrich Your CRM: Send useful Usermaven attributes, such as first-touch source, last visit or lifecycle stage, to your contacts and companies.
  • Keep Everything Updated Automatically: Choose how often to run a sync so that your destination stays current without the need for repeated exports and uploads.
  • Preview Before You Sync: Run a preview first to see which records will be written or filtered out, so that you can check that nothing will change in your destination before making any changes.

In other news, Maven AI has been able to answer questions about your Usermaven data for some time now. With external MCP connectors, it can also retrieve contextual information from other sources. Additionally, Salesforce is now a supported CRM connection, and there is now dashboard sharing by member, simplified Paddle setup, and a rebuilt segments query builder.
