Maintenance Reports On Autopilot

The WP Umbrella developers have completely revised the maintenance reports. This means you can now schedule maintenance reports and automatically send them to customers of your WordPress maintenance service on a monthly basis. They also provide a new template that can be fully customized as per your needs. Additionally, you can even track whether your customers open the reports.

As mentioned above, the new maintenance reports come with more data and customization options. For example, you can add your own logo and branding.

You can select which sections to include in the report, set the order and add any custom work you have for your client. You can also add welcome and closing messages.

Scheduling & Automation

The new reports come with a scheduler that lets you send them automatically to your clients on a monthly or quarterly basis. You also disable the automation and generate and send maintenance reports manually.

Lastly, you can track whether your customers open the report and whether they like it or not.

What’s Next?

Over the next few weeks, they will integrate data from Google Analytics into the maintenance report. They will also help you track your customers’ reactions to the report.

After that they will implement a new team member management system that allows you to invite your team members and assign them roles and responsibilities. Stay tuned!
