Vercom Acquires MailerLite

MailerLite has recently launched a new version of their email marketing platform. It was built from the ground up with a future-proof infrastructure that allows them to add features faster.

Speaking of the future, MailerLite has just announced that it has been acquired by Vercom.

MailerLite, MailerSend and MailerCheck join forces with Vercom, one of the leading cloud communications platform (CPaaS) providers in Europe. 

Vercom enables companies to build and maintain lasting relationships with their target groups through various communication channels including email, SMS, push notifications and chat. By joining forces with Vercom, they will be able to integrate these omnichannel features into MailerLite more quickly. For example, the SMS communication feature will be available to MailerLite customers later this year.
