WP Social Ninja: New Testimonial Module & Export/Import Reviews
WP Social Ninja just released version 3.6 of their all-in-one social media WordPress plugin. They introduced a new testimonial module, a custom review export/import feature, and a manual sync option.

New Testimonial Module
With WP Social Ninja, you can already display your customers’ great reviews from various platforms such as Google Business Profiles, Airbnb, Yelp, Facebook and more, on your WordPress site. Thanks to the Fluent Forms integration, you can also allow customers to submit reviews directly on your site. With the new Testimonial module you can now also manually enter reviews in WP Admin that are not publicly available, e.g. those that you have received from regular customers directly in your brick-and-mortar store.
The module is shipped with the following fields:
- Author Name, Author URL, Author Image, Author Position,
- Author Company Name, Author Website Log, Author Website URL,
- Title, Testimonial Text, Rating, Date, and Category.
You can even create testimonial templates for each social platform.
Import/Export Custom Reviews
WP Social Ninja now also allows you to export and import custom reviews as a CSV file.
Manual Sync
Previously, WP Social Ninja only offered an automatic sync option with a predefined time setting, e.g. hourly sync. Now you can display ratings in real time with the manual sync option and don’t have to wait for the automatic sync to be triggered.
