Version 3.0 allows you to manage invoices, packing slips and credit notes easier than ever before. Let’s dive into the new features:
- New Invoice Management Panel
Prior to this update an invoice could only be managed individually by editing an order. Now you can monitor all invoices and credit notes via a handy new panel for invoice management. There you can regenerate and delete invoices, download invoice PDFs, export invoices as CSV, and send them to customers. - New Options For Invoice Numbering
Previously, you were only able to use sequential numbering for invoices. Since version 3.0 you can also use either the order ID or order number.
- Automatic Upload To Google Drive
In addition to Dropbox, you can now also automatically backup invoices, credit notes, and other documents to Google Drive. - New Customizable Invoice Templates
The YITH team has improved the default invoice template and added two new layouts which can be fully customized in terms of content and colours.
