EmbedMyReviews Adds Removed Google Review Alerts
Mannie from EmbedMyReviews has just introduced removed review alerts for Google and an improved Reviews page to its white-label online reputation management platform.
Removed Review Alerts

Have you ever wondered what happened to that great five-star review? Now you know!
Find out how the new Removed Google Review Alerts feature can help:
- EmbedMyReviews checks every Google location connected with Grant Access once a week, and more frequently if the number of reviews suddenly drops.
- When a review disappears, you receive an alert. This is sent to anyone who already receives your new review alerts, so there’s nothing to set up.
- A new ‘Removed’ tab on the ‘Reviews’ page displays all missing reviews and the date they were spotted.
- Removed reviews automatically drop out of your widgets, ratings and reports, ensuring that what your clients show the world remains accurate.
- If Google reinstates a review, they detect that too.
- Using Zapier or webhooks? There are new ‘Review Removed’ and ‘Review Restored’ triggers.
This is a great feature to show clients. It shows them that you’re keeping an eye on their reputation even when they aren’t.
Improved Reviews Page
In addition, EmbedMyReviews has completely overhauled the filters to create a much nicer Reviews page. There are now quick date picks, such as ‘Last 7 days’, ‘Last calendar month’, ‘Quarter to date’, ‘Year to date’ and ‘Last 12 months’. Rating, replies, source, location and tags are all conveniently located in one ‘Filters’ panel. The toolbar remains at the top of the page while you scroll, so you never have to scroll back up to make changes. Finally, there are also tabs for ‘All’, ‘Needs Response’, ‘Negative’ and ‘Flagged’, each with a count.
